This U.S. Arboretum introduction is a beauty with outstanding bloom and foliage. Long, deep green, semi-evergreen leaves cloak the branches of this large, upright fat growing selection. Branches end in tight bunches of buds that expand in April and open in late April to early May to bunches of pure white, slightly fragrant flowers.

Thrives in full to half day sun. Feed yearly with an organic fertilizer. Prune in late winter. Prune in late winter to remove old branches and thin to provide rejuvenation and good airflow for fruiting.
