Guardian White', like all the Guardian selections, bursts into bloom with extreme uniformity and weeks ahead of other open pollinated Delphiniums. While its stems seem narrow, don't be fooled since these thinner, yet stronger stems tolerate handling and tougher garden conditions with much less stem breakage and support than other Delphiniums. 'Guardian White' will fill your garden with stately spires of double, pure white flowers from late May through early July. They'll look great towards the rear of the perennial garden, provide an outstanding contrast to 'Guardian Blue' and 'Guardian Lavender' and will be excellent cut flowers for your home. This breakthrough plant performs best when provided full to partial sun and moist, well-drained soil.
