More cold-hardy than other Japanese hollies! Selected by Kevin O'Dell in Cincinnati Ohio, Chilly Willy is a round globular plant with deep green evergreen foliage. Their attractive natural shape needs little maintenance. Does equally well in sun or shade. Excellent in masses, hedges, or foundation plantings.

Thrives in full to half-day sun. Feed yearly with an organic fertilizer. More substantial pruning should be done before new growth begins in early spring, minor pruning can be done in late spring after the initial foliage flush or early summer to shape and control size.
