This selection is unique among Stonecrops since it is one of the few upright Sedums that is worth growing for the foliage alone. This dwarf rock garden-sized sedum makes a compact 8" tall x 1' wide clump of tiny, very dissected, light green fleshy foliage. In late summer, Sedum 'Thundercloud' is topped with a cloud of white stars hovering just above the foliage. Extremely hardy and easy to grow, 'Thundercloud' tolerates dry, well-drained soil and performs magnificently.
