These leaves grow to be double the size of other Rosemaries and its strong upright form means it looks tidy in the mixed container or herb bed. It can be used in topiaries or even hedges. Fresh or dried leaves add a pungent, savory flavor to meat, soup or stews. Even a small amount will add loads of flavor, making it perfect for flavoring oils and vinegars. Gorizia Rosemary thrives in the worst conditions, taking dry and infertile soils in stride. To harvest justs take tip cuttings and chop finely for herbal use or use your fingers and strip off the massive leaves off an entire branch by running pinched fingers from tip to base of the stem.

Gorizia Rosemary is not hardy so grow as an annual or in containers to over winter the plant indoors. Water during midday so leaves will be dry during the night.
