Perfection bears large fruit moderately early. Perfection apricots have bright orange-yellow flesh and skin and a firm texture Requires cross pollination with another apricot that flowers at a similar time. Apricots like 'Perfection' contain carotenoids which are antioxidants that help prevent heart disease, reduce "bad cholesterol" levels and protect against cancer.

Quite adaptable to a varied site conditions, but prefers moist, well-drained fertile soils and a position receiving full sun to part-shade. Flowers best in full sun. Prune immediately after flowering in late spring by cutting branches to just above a set of leaves.
