Upright clumping variety with large sturdy stems are stacked with tubular sapphire-blue flowers in summer. Foliage is glossy and clean. Vigorous and easy to grow. Will bloom the first year. Attracts hummingbirds and make great cut flowers.

Thrives in full sun and well-drained soil. Feed yearly with an organic fertilizer. Remove spent bloom at end of the blooming season. Cut back to near ground level in late fall after a hard freeze.
