SnowSweet® is quickly gaining popularity, thanks to its unique combination of sweet and subtly tart flavors, with rich overtones that create a satisfying, almost buttery taste. What sets this apple apart is its snowy white flesh, which remains slow to oxidize even after being cut, keeping salads and snacks looking fresh and appetizing for longer periods of time. Its firm texture and consistent size, paired with an eye-catching 70-85% bronze-red blush, make it as visually appealing as it is delicious. Cold hardy and backed by the expertise of the University of Minnesota, SnowSweet® is a late-season apple that’s perfect for northern growers looking for both quality and taste.

Disease resistant to fire blight and scab.
