A lovely, small deciduous shrub, 'Kelseyi' displays small white flowers in spring followed by small berries that attract birds. Lush green leaves turn yellow in fall, revealing the stunning red stems that brighten any winter landscape. Valued for its short stature and colorful stems. Useful in mixed beds or borders, or grouped as a groundcover.
