Golden yellow whorled foliage grows in a slender pyramidal habit. Superb textured foliage and great hardiness mean year-round beauty. Excellent to use in a rock garden for a unique look. Slow growth and compact habit are suited both to foundation areas, border groupings, or a container.
Mulch with 3-4 inches of bark chips to help keep roots cool in hot summer weather. Prune in late winter. Do not cut back beyond green growth since new growth will not force from old wood.
