Dense and rounded, this easy to grow fall bloomer is already a favorite of your local butterflies and it will become one of your favorites with its amazing color and consistency. 'Bluebird' covers itself in a thick blanket of long, narrow, medium to deep green foliage throughout the season with masses of buds forming at the top of the plant in August. These burst into color late in the month producing 1" diameter, blue rayed, yellow centered daisies well into October. It's one of the last of your garden's bloomers and a magnet for nectar seeking butterflies. Plant it in full sun and in groups to maximize the flower/butterfly show in the garden.

Grows best in full sun and a wide range of soils. Planting in shade will produce fewer blooms and the tall stalks may need to be supported.
